 When you request deletion of your personal information, we will delete data no longer required by law. Some information may remain in backup systems for up to 90 days before permanent deletion. Anonymized data may be retained for analytics.

We will respond within 30 days. Complex requests may require up to 60 additional days, in which case we will notify you of the extension.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our site and products are intended for adults only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately at support@martinaluxuryhair.com with “Minor Privacy Concern” in the subject line and we will promptly delete it.
