We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the site. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from Martina Luxury Hair. By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account or placing an order, and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. All Martina Luxury Hair products are 100% raw, unprocessed human hair sourced from Southeast Asia. As natural products, they are subject to inherent variation that is not a defect:
Product images are styled representations of how the hair may appear after proper care and styling. Colors may vary depending on your monitor or device settings, and results shown in photography may require washing, conditioning, and styling to achieve. Color matching to your natural hair is not guaranteed.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or decline orders at any time. We may restrict orders that appear to be placed for resale or distribution purposes.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order placement is the price charged, subject to our acceptance of the order.
We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout, including major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge it for your full order total.
Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. We do not store complete credit card information on our servers.
An order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to decline any order for lawful reasons, including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment authorization failure, or a history of payment disputes.
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 1 hour of order placement by emailing support@martinaluxuryhair.com with your order number. After that window, orders enter fulfillment and cannot be modified or canceled.
Once an order has entered fulfillment, all sales are final. Changes to product selection, quantity, shipping address, or shipping method are not permitted. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Shipping terms, processing times, delivery methods, address requirements, and carrier policies are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
International customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, tariffs, taxes, and import fees assessed by their country. We have no control over customs processes and cannot guarantee international delivery timelines.
All sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds.
Store credit may be available for qualifying unopened, factory-sealed products returned within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery, subject to the conditions in our Returns & Product Quality Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Lace products — including full lace wigs, lace closures, and lace frontals — are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit under any circumstances.
Raw human hair requires proper care to achieve and maintain optimal appearance. We provide care instructions with every order and on our website. Concerns that arise from improper care, heat damage, chemical processing, or failure to follow recommended maintenance are not covered under our defect policy.
Professional installation is recommended. Martina Luxury Hair is not responsible for installation errors, damage during installation, or costs associated with installation, removal, or reinstallation. Compatibility with your natural hair is not guaranteed. Improper installation may damage the product and will void any applicable claims.
We are not responsible for hair salon appointment fees, stylist charges, missed events, or any costs related to scheduling or rescheduling hair appointments in connection with your order.
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, photography, and design elements — is the exclusive property of Martina Luxury Hair LLC and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law.

You and Martina Luxury Hair agree that all disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only. Neither party may bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action. There is no right to have any dispute arbitrated or litigated on a class basis.
Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court in Worcester County, Massachusetts, if the claim qualifies under that court’s jurisdictional limits.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to support@martinaluxuryhair.com within 30 days of your first purchase. Your notice must include your name, mailing address, and order number, and state your intent to opt out.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles. Subject to the arbitration provisions above, any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of Worcester County, Massachusetts, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with our Shipping Policy and Returns & Product Quality Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Martina Luxury Hair LLC with respect to your use of the site and purchase of products.
